We deliver worldwide.
ORDERS
A binding contract is formed once the order confirmation email has been received.
As most pieces are made by order, delivery times may vary.
Estimated timings are indicated on each product page and confirmed again after purchase.
All delivery times are expressed in working days.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Should an item become unavailable after purchase, you will be informed immediately and fully refunded.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed in Euro (€).
We currently accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal and bizum.
Any costs associated with monetary transactions are the responsibility of the customer.
Invoices and credit notes are issued exclusively in electronic format.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide.
All prices are final.
Orders are dispatched via express courier service.
Shipping rates
Canary Islands — 10€
Spain (mainland) — 15€
European Union — 20€
Rest of world — 35€
This rates reflect regional logistics and handling.
EU orders include applicable taxes and duties.
Orders outside the EU may be subject to import taxes upon arrival. These are not included and remain the customer´s responsibility.
If an order is returned due to unpaid customs or import fees, shipping and return costs cannot be refunded.
RETURNS
Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items:
- Made-to-order garments (size exchange only)
- Underwear and bodysuits (hygiene)
All items must be unused and returned in original condition with tags and packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Original shippings costs are non refundable.
We recommend tracked shipping. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Additional shippings costs for exchanges are the responsability of the customer.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes must be applied before completing the order.
Codes cannot be applied retrospectively, transferred to third parties, or combined with other promotional codes.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you believe an item is damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including all relevant information and imagery.
