SHIPPING COSTS :
Canary Islands ______________________ 5.-€
Rest of Spain ________________________ 10.-€
EU __________________________________ 15.-€
All other countries ___________________ 25.-€
Prices for shipments in the EU will be inclusive of local taxes and duty charges.
For shipments outside of the EU, duty and taxes may be charged directly to you by the shipping company. These costs are your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel´s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
If you are not completley satisfied with your order, please get in touch at online@weargonzales.com for a refund or exchange within 14 calender days of receipt and after contact us to provide you with instructions and the return address.
Any package returned after the stated deadline will be refused.
Non-returnable items are:
– Made especially for you garments / Made -to-measure garments – for these products, only size exchange will be available.
– Due to hygienic reasons, no panties or bodysuits can be returned.
Returned items must be unused with all labels and in the original packaging.
Customer are required to cover all costs when returning an item.
GONZALES shall not be liable for the return shipping costs or for the reimbursement of duties in the case of international purchases. Please send the return via a traceable method and keep a valid proof of postage until you receive your refund. For international returns, please clearly mark your package and commercial invoice as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays at customs.
A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5 working days of receipt of your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
