We would like to familiarize you below with our standard terms and conditions, which govern how we process and settle your purchases.

  1. FORMATION OF CONTRACTAND DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE   
  • By placing an order you confirm to purchase for private purposes exclusively.
  • By clicking «ADD TO CART», you are placing a binding order for the items in your shopping cart.  A binding contract is formed by receiving the order confirmation within two working days of your purchase. Please note, as most of our products are Made By Order , you will find an approximate delivery time on the product page, but we will confirm the exact delivery time on the order confirmation. 
  • By way of exception, we are not legally responsible for unavailable merchandise, and we will notify you of the situation to refund any payments made without undue delay.
  • We deliver worldwide. Where time periods are expressed in working days, we understand working days to mean all of the days between Monday and Friday inclusive, but not public holidays.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation when the order has been placed and a shipment confirmation with the shipping tracking number once the order has been shipped.
  1. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS
  • The prices set out in the offer as at the date on which the order is placed shall apply.
  • Prices are final prices. 
  • For shipments outside the EU, import fees, taxes and duties may be charged directly to you by the shipping company. These costs are your responsibility. Prices for shipments in the EU will be inclusive of local taxes and duty charges. If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel´s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.

  1. PAYMENT

3.1    Currency payment is Euro (€)

3.2.   We generally accept the following payment methods: Paypal and bank transfer. You are responsible for any costs associated with monetary transactions.

3.3.   You agree to receive invoices and credits in electronic format only.


  1. PROMOTIONAL CODES

4.1  Promotional codes are codes that are issued during advertising campaigns and are valid for a specified period of time.

4.2  Promotional codes can only be applied once in relation to an order and only within the specified period.   Some products may be excluded from the promotion. Please note that a minimum order value may apply for the use of such promotions codes.

4.3 Promotional codes can only be applied before the order process is completed. It is not possible to apply them retrospectively. Promotional codes cannot be transferred to third parties. It is not possible to combine several promotional codes.


  1. RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

5.1. Without prejudice to your statutory rights, we offer you the possibility to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt and after contact us at online@weargonzales.com

to adquire a Return Authorisation Number.

Any package returned after the stated deadline will be refused.

5.2  Non-returnable items are:

  • Made-by-Order or Preorder garments – for these products, only size exchange will be available.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, no panties or bodysuits can be returned.

5.3  The return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.  GONZALES shall not be liable for the return shipping costs or for the reimbursement of duties in the case of international purchases. Please, send the return via a traceable method and keep a valid proof of postage until you receive your  refund. For EU and international returns, please clearly mark your package and commercial invoice as “Returned Goods” to avoid delays at customs. It is recommended to contact us first for further instructions : online@weargonzales.com

5.4  Your goods will be considered returned within 14 days if you send them back within this period. However, the exercise of this return option is conditional upon you having used/tested the goods only as you would have done in a shop, and the goods being returned in their entirety in their original condition, undamaged and intact, and in their original packaging with the original labels still attached.

5.5  A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
