Prices for shipments in the EU will be inclusive of local taxes and duty charges.
For shipments outside of the EU, duty and taxes may be charged directly to you by the shipping company.
These costs are your responsibility. If a parcel is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any
import taxes or customs duties due payable, the parcel ́s refund will not include the shipping and return costs.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
We offer you the possibility to return the goods within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Non-returnable items are:
– Made especially for you garments / Made -to-measure garments – for these products, only size exchange will
be available.
– Due to hygienic reasons, no panties or bodysuits can be returned.
The return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer. GONZALES shall not be liable for the return
shipping costs or for the reimbursement of duties in the case of international purchases.
Please note that original shippings costs and shipping fees are not refundable.
